Ahi Shoyu Poke With Limu/onion

Ingredients

- 2 lbs ahi
- 1 whole round onion
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 cup ogo (seaweed)
- 3/4 cup shoyu
Recipe
- 1 cut ahi into 3/4 inch cubes and put into large mixing bowl.
- 2 slice round onions, green onions and add to ahi.
- 3 chop ogo very fine.
- 4 add all ingredients to ahi and mix well.
- 5 let stand 15 minutes.
- 6 serves 4-8.
