Ahi Shoyu Poke With Limu/onion

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs ahi
  • 1 whole round onion
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 cup ogo (seaweed)
  • 3/4 cup shoyu

Recipe

  • 1 cut ahi into 3/4 inch cubes and put into large mixing bowl.
  • 2 slice round onions, green onions and add to ahi.
  • 3 chop ogo very fine.
  • 4 add all ingredients to ahi and mix well.
  • 5 let stand 15 minutes.
  • 6 serves 4-8.
