Aunty Jack Mince

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 kg ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon iodized salt
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 2 cups brown rice or 2 cups rice (uncooked)

Recipe

  • 1 put everything into a large pot.
  • 2 add a bit of water.
  • 3 don't need a lot as the mince will produce some.
  • 4 cook until rice is done (10- 20 mins).
  • 5 drain juice and divide into daily portions.
  • 6 drained off juice can be used with wheatgerm and dried cat food.
