Ingredients

- 1 lb brussels sprout
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 medium garlic cloves, pressed
- sea salt and black pepper
Recipe
- 1 fill the bottom of steamer with 2 inches of water.
- 2 bring water to low boil.
- 3 cut brussels sprouts into quarters.
- 4 press garlic.
- 5 steam brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
- 6 combine olive oil, lemon juice garlic, salt and pepper.
- 7 place hot brussels sprouts in bowl and top with dressing and toss.
- 8 you can add garlic in the final 2 minutes of steaming to mellow garlic flavor.
