Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped lime zest
- 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried ancho chile powder
- 1 teaspoon dried mexican oregano, crushed between fingers
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (to taste)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; stir well.
- 2 slowly add oil while whisking to emulsify.
