Anchovy Free Black Olive Tapenade

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 300 g pitted black olives
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
  • 2 puree until smooth.
