A Bangin Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen broccoli spears
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 8 -10 velveeta cheese slices
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 6 ounces of cubed cream cheese
- 1 package cracker, crushed (a townhouse sleeve )
Recipe
- 1 cook broccoli according to package directions.
- 2 in a separate pan saute' the onion in 3 tbs butter for 6 minutes, add garlic and saute' for an additional 2 minutes. add the soup, milk, and cheese slices to this mix and melt well. in a 9x13 baking dish prepared with pam spray, place your cooked and drained broccoli. top with cheese and soup mixture. dot the casserole with cream cheese evenly. (i sometimes use a piping bag) sprinkle with a cup of cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 3 melt remaining 3 tbs of butter in the microwave, mix in a bowl with crackers.
- 4 after your casserole has baked for 20 minutes, top with cracker mixture and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
