A Different Type Of Chicken Wing

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 mix the vinegar, pepper, and garlic in a bowl and chicken wings.
  • 2 let the chicken wings sit for about 20 minutes but no longer than that as the vinegar doesn't take long to soak inches
  • 3 mix the flour and season salt in a separate bowl.
  • 4 after marinading the wings dip each in flour and place the wings in oil that has been heated to medium high.
  • 5 fry wings until they are a deep golden brown color.
  • 6 i always serve these wings as an asian appetizer along with hot mustard and teriyaki dipping sauces!
  • 7 enjoy!
