Antipasto

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
  • 1 medium cauliflower floret
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup tuna fish, drained
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 (13 ounce) bottle ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil, add finely chopped peppers, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, mushrooms and cauliflower; cook for about 5 minutes, stirring while it simmers.
  • 2 add tuna, lemon, sugar and ketchup. bring to a simmer and cook 5 minutes.
  • 3 cool and refrigerate and it's ready to serve. or pour it into sterilized jars and refrigerate until needed.
  • 4 when serving, place antipasto in a pretty dish, surround with crackers.
