Ingredients

- 5 cups vegetable stock
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup water chestnut, chopped
- 1/2 cup soba noodles, broken
- 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
Recipe
- 1 brown onions and garlic in large pot.
- 2 add stock and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
- 3 add remaining vegetables and bring to a simmer.
