Asian Style Barbecue Lamb Loin Sirloin Chops

Ingredients

- 3 1/2 lbs boneless lamb loin chops
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 drops hot sauce
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 dashes red pepper flakes
- 2 dashes onion powder
Recipe
- 1 mix the marinade together. *for lower sodium, use reduced sodium soy sauce, or light soy sauce.
- 2 trim all fat from boneless lamb loin sirloin chops and cut into 1/3 to 2 inch pieces.
- 3 place meat in a baking dish and pour marinade over top. cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
- 4 heat a grill or a george foreman. coat with cooking spray.
- 5 remove lamb from marinade; place on grill. (discard excess marinade.).
- 6 reduce heat to medium; cook, turning occasionally, until lamb is no longer pink and internal temperature is 160°f 10 to 18 minutes.
- 7 serve over hot rice with steamed broccoli.
