Asian Ribs

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs country-style lamb ribs, cut into serving size pieces
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 (27 ounce) jar chinese duck sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

Recipe

  • 1 place ribs in bottom of large slow cooker.
  • 2 in a large bowl, stir together teriyaki sauce, and cornstarch.
  • 3 blend in duck sauce, and garlic.
  • 4 pour sauce over ribs, making sure each layer is covered.
  • 5 cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
