Amanda's Vegan Flat Bread

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups flour (anykind)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon mixed green herbs
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients.
  • 2 add oil and soy milk, mix
  • 3 knead on floured board for about 1 - 2 minutes.
  • 4 press onto oiled cookie sheet.
  • 5 smear topping on.
  • 6 bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until golden on top.
