Apricot Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, skin-on, bone-in
- 1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 pinches salt
- 10 garlic cloves, peeled
- fresh ground pepper (20 grinds)
- 20 -30 sage leaves
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 trim any extra fat from the chicken breasts and place in a greased pan.
- 3 mix all the ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts.
- 4 roast until the tops of the chicken breasts are browned, about 35 minutes.
