Apricot Glazed Chicken

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, skin-on, bone-in
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 10 garlic cloves, peeled
  • fresh ground pepper (20 grinds)
  • 20 -30 sage leaves

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 trim any extra fat from the chicken breasts and place in a greased pan.
  • 3 mix all the ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts.
  • 4 roast until the tops of the chicken breasts are browned, about 35 minutes.
