Avocado Butter

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
- 1/2 avocado, ripe, pitted, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- 2 place in plastic wrap or wax paper and form into a log. twist the ends shut.
- 3 refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
