dsf's shredded beef

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 pounds rump roast
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • garlic powder, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

    Ready Time: 5 hrs 10 mins

  • season rump roast generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; put into the crock of a slow cooker. pour water into the crock.
  • cook on high for 5 hours. remove roast to a cutting board and shred with 2 forks.
