Fiery Red Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
  • 1 medium white onion, quartered
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 jalapeno, stemmed and quartered (or more to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon natural cane sugar, or to taste
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained

Recipe

  • place first eight ingredients in oster® versa® performance blender in order listed. add remaining can of tomatoes.
  • select programmed dip/salsa setting.
