Fiery Red Salsa
Ingredients

- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
- 1 medium white onion, quartered
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 jalapeno, stemmed and quartered (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon natural cane sugar, or to taste
- kosher salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained
Recipe
- place first eight ingredients in oster® versa® performance blender in order listed. add remaining can of tomatoes.
- select programmed dip/salsa setting.
