5 Minute Shrimp

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon montreal seasoning
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in large non-stick skillet.
- 2 smash garlic cloves to release scent but do not chop. add garlic, red pepper, and shrimp to oil.
- 3 cook, stirring to mix, until shrimp begins to turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).
- 4 add zest, lemon juice, and parsley. toss to mix. remove garlic from pan and discard.
- 5 remove from heat and serve!
