Ancho-chile Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 4 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves or 4 teaspoons dry oregano
- 2 tablespoons dried ancho chile powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Recipe
- 1 add the wine, oil, garlic, oregano, ancho chile powder, lemon juice, green onions, brown sugar, salt and pepper into a blender. blend the mixture until smooth.
- 2 marinate 2 - 24 hours.
