Artichoke Heart Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans artichokes, drained and cut in half
  • 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (varies up to 1/2 c.)
  • 1/2 cup italian cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup italian breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray 9x9 pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together and if the mixture is too dry or crumbly increase the vegetable oil.
  • 3 press into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes - or until golden brown.
