Artichoke Heart Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces red peppers, roasted & coarsely chopped (fresh or jar)
  • 6 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup parsley, fresh minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup capers, drained
  • 3 teaspoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in food processor, pulsing until finely chopped.
  • 2 taste and adjust seasoning with salt& pepper.
