Artichoke Hearts W/lemon Butter

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Recipe

  • 1 saute onions and garlic in butter until onion appears transparent.
  • 2 add broth and artichoke hearts.
  • 3 add lemon juice, salt, oregano, and lemon peel.
  • 4 simmer for 10 minutes or until artichokes are heated through.
