A Classic Crock Pot Fondue

Total Time: 4 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 2 1/2 cups wine
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 16 ounces gruyere cheese, grated
  • 1 lb swiss cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons kirsch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 in saucepan simmer the wine and garlic.
  • 2 then put all into the crock pot, except for the nutmeg.
  • 3 let cook on high for 2 hours, sprinkle with nutmeg and cook for another 2 hours on low.
