Asian Style Barbecue Lamb Loin Sirloin Chops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 1/2 lbs boneless lamb loin chops
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 drops hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 dashes red pepper flakes
  • 2 dashes onion powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix the marinade together. *for lower sodium, use reduced sodium soy sauce, or light soy sauce.
  • 2 trim all fat from boneless lamb loin sirloin chops and cut into 1/3 to 2 inch pieces.
  • 3 place meat in a baking dish and pour marinade over top. cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
  • 4 heat a grill or a george foreman. coat with cooking spray.
  • 5 remove lamb from marinade; place on grill. (discard excess marinade.).
  • 6 reduce heat to medium; cook, turning occasionally, until lamb is no longer pink and internal temperature is 160°f 10 to 18 minutes.
  • 7 serve over hot rice with steamed broccoli.
