Asian Ribs

Ingredients
- 6 lbs country-style lamb ribs, cut into serving size pieces
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 (27 ounce) jar chinese duck sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
Recipe
- 1 place ribs in bottom of large slow cooker.
- 2 in a large bowl, stir together teriyaki sauce, and cornstarch.
- 3 blend in duck sauce, and garlic.
- 4 pour sauce over ribs, making sure each layer is covered.
- 5 cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
