Asian Salmon

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  • 2 boil the rice
  • 3 in a sauce pan, melt the butter. crush the garlic and add it to the butter together with the red pepper flakes (if you want it milder, use regular pepper or a mild chili blend). cook for about a minute, add the honey, lime juice and soy sauce, let it boil.
  • 4 put the salmon fillets in an oven dish that you have brushed with oil. pour over the honey/soy sauce mixture. cook in the oven fro about 15-20 minutes. serve over the rice.
