Ingredients

- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- 2 boil the rice
- 3 in a sauce pan, melt the butter. crush the garlic and add it to the butter together with the red pepper flakes (if you want it milder, use regular pepper or a mild chili blend). cook for about a minute, add the honey, lime juice and soy sauce, let it boil.
- 4 put the salmon fillets in an oven dish that you have brushed with oil. pour over the honey/soy sauce mixture. cook in the oven fro about 15-20 minutes. serve over the rice.
