Amanda's Vegan Flat Bread

Ingredients

- 2 cups flour (anykind)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup soymilk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon mixed green herbs
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients.
- 2 add oil and soy milk, mix
- 3 knead on floured board for about 1 - 2 minutes.
- 4 press onto oiled cookie sheet.
- 5 smear topping on.
- 6 bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until golden on top.
