Ingredients

- half of an onion, chopped
- 1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small tomato
- 3 avocados, chopped
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan, combine onion, mexicorn, garlic, water, and lemon juice. cook ingredients until they become soft.
- 2 remove from heat and let cool.
- 3 add avocados to mixing bowl and mash until it becomes a chunky consistency.
- 4 add cooked ingredients to mashed avocados in bowl. strain tomato and add to bowl.
- 5 mix until blended.
- 6 serve with tortilla chips.
