Avocado Dip

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • half of an onion, chopped
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 small tomato
  • 3 avocados, chopped
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium saucepan, combine onion, mexicorn, garlic, water, and lemon juice. cook ingredients until they become soft.
  • 2 remove from heat and let cool.
  • 3 add avocados to mixing bowl and mash until it becomes a chunky consistency.
  • 4 add cooked ingredients to mashed avocados in bowl. strain tomato and add to bowl.
  • 5 mix until blended.
  • 6 serve with tortilla chips.
