Avocado Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 green onions, cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- salt and black pepper
- 2 large ripe avocados, cut in chunks
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, process cream cheese, onions, parsley, lemon juice, sour cream, garlic and ½ teaspoon salt until smooth.
- 2 add avocados and process until desired texture is achieved.
