Ingredients

- 5 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
- 5 ounces shredded romano cheese
- 5 ounces shredded asiago cheese
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 3 cups chopped kale
- 1 (10 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup chopped tomato
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 pasta:.
- 2 start water to boil, add salt and oil to prevent sticking.
- 3 sauce:
- 4 mix shredded cheese, cream cheese, and half & half in a bowl- set aside.
- 5 sautee garlic and onion in 2 tablespoons olive oil until slightly browned.
- 6 add kale, tomatoes and mushrooms.
- 7 cover and cook for 6 minutes.
- 8 add another tablespoon of oil.
- 9 add cheese/half & half mixture.
- 10 continually stir until well-melted.
- 11 drain pasta, pour into glass baking dish.
- 12 add sauce, stir until well-mixed.
