Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 inch turmeric
- 1/2 inch gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 10 slices galangal
- 3 red chilies
- 15 small onions
- 15 garlic cloves
- 4 stalks lemongrass
- 8 chicken thighs
- 12 chicken wings
- 1/2 tablespoon tamarind paste (mix with 1/2 cup water)
Recipe
- 1 fry ingredients with oil over slow fire for 15 minutes.
- 2 add chicken and a bit of tamarind infused water. fry for 15 minutes.
- 3 add salt to taste.
- 4 chicken will be slightly uncooked.
- 5 heat frying pan with a lot of oil. when it's hot, put in chicken and fry to a brown colour.
