Ingredients

- 8 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 -3 birds eye chiles, de-seeded and finely sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jam jar.
- 2 leave to rest for 20 minutes.
