Ingredients

- 6 roma tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 habanero pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ground black pepper, to taste

- combine tomatoes, onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, habanero pepper, garlic, and ground black pepper in a food processor. pulse several times until desired texture is reached.
