paleo salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 roma tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ground black pepper, to taste

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • combine tomatoes, onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, habanero pepper, garlic, and ground black pepper in a food processor. pulse several times until desired texture is reached.
