Ingredients

- 5 lbs russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 wash potatoes and poke with fork.
- 3 bake potatoes, with skins on, for 25 minutes on top rack of oven.
- 4 allow potatoes to cool.
- 5 slice into pieces or slices. slice very thin for chips.
- 6 squirt 2 teaspoons vegetable into hot cast iron fry pan; season and fry potato pieces until golden crust on each side.
- 7 season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne (known as dale's luv).
- 8 remove to a dish with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 9 serve with whatever condiments or toppings that "trips your food chain cravings".
