Angel Hair Alfredo

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 10 ounces angel hair pasta
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon basil
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 4 ounces cream cheese, diced
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

• 1 cook pasta according to directions.
• 2 in lg skillet, saute garlic in oil.
• 3 stir in flour, cornstarch, garlic salt, pepper and basil.
• 4 slowly add milk; bring to a boil.
• 5 cook and stir for 2 minutes.
• 6 reduce heat; stir in cream cheese and parmesan cheese.
• 7 stir until smooth.
• 8 add drained pasta, toss to coat.
