Arrabiata

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans italian-style stewed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 16 ounces penne pasta
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in skillet, saute garlic in olive oil until garlic is lightly browned.
  • 2 add italian style stewed tomatoes and crushed red peppr.
  • 3 simmer for approx 20 minutes on low.
  • 4 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 5 when both arrabiata sauce and pasta are done, toss together.
  • 6 toss in cheese while sauce is hot so it will melt.
