Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans italian-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 16 ounces penne pasta
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 in skillet, saute garlic in olive oil until garlic is lightly browned.
- 2 add italian style stewed tomatoes and crushed red peppr.
- 3 simmer for approx 20 minutes on low.
- 4 cook pasta according to package directions.
- 5 when both arrabiata sauce and pasta are done, toss together.
- 6 toss in cheese while sauce is hot so it will melt.
