Andrew's Pizza Pasta (gluten-free Dairy-free)

Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 ounces gluten free pasta (penne or ziti)
- 1 1/2 cups organic spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup chopped black olives (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 cups dairy-free mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 2. in large saucepan, cook pasta according to directions on package.
- 3 3. meanwhile, cook ground beef in large skillet on high heat, about 4 minute add onion, garlic and all other spices and cook for about 4 more minute or until meat is thoroughly cooked. drain fat from skillet. add spaghetti sauce.
- 4 4. when pasta is done, drain and add to the skillet. mix everything in skillet thoroughly.
- 5 5. place contents of skillet in a 2 quart baking dish. top with grated "cheese." (i put half dairy-free on one half and regular mozzarella on the other half). sprinkle with parsley.
- 6 6. cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minute.
- 7 7. uncover and bake for 5 minute.
