Artichoke And Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 1/8 cup of dry feta cheese
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- pita chips
- sliced bread, loaf
Recipe
- 1 drain and chop spinach.
- 2 drain and chop artichokes.
- 3 combine feta, parmesan, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper with the spinach and artichokes. mix together well.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes i use a glass round baking pan.
- 5 serve warm with pita chips and bread slices.
