Artichoke And Spinach Dip

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup of dry feta cheese
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • pita chips
  • sliced bread, loaf

Recipe

  • 1 drain and chop spinach.
  • 2 drain and chop artichokes.
  • 3 combine feta, parmesan, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper with the spinach and artichokes. mix together well.
  • 4 bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes i use a glass round baking pan.
  • 5 serve warm with pita chips and bread slices.
