Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

- 4 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, chopped (save liquid from one can)
- 2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup romano cheese
- 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix parmesan and romano cheese, garlic and bread crumbs with olive oil.
- 2 layer artichoke hearts, cheese mixture, artichoke hearts, cheese mixture.
- 3 pour liquid from one can of artichoke hearts over this. drizzle about 2 tbs. olive oil over casserole.
- 4 bake at 350 for 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
