Artichoke Cheese Balls

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 16 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and mashed (two 8oz cans?)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mash 2 cans drained artichoke hearts.
  • 2 put olive oil into frying pan.
  • 3 saute cloves.
  • 4 add mashed artichokes and eggs.
  • 5 saute and stir about 5 minutes.
  • 6 mix bread crumbs and cheese in bowl.
  • 7 remove mix from heat, roll into balls, roll in bread crumb and cheese mixture.
