Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 16 ounces mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 5 -6 ounces parmesan cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients reserving a little mozzarella to sprinkle on top.
  • 3 spray a cassarole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 4 put mixture in casserole and top with remaining mozzarella.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the top is nicely browned.
  • 6 serve hot with tortilla chips.
