Artichoke Hors D'oeuvres

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumb
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Recipe

  • 1 drain 1 can artichokes and saute with onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
  • 2 beat the eggs with a fork. add the cracker crumbs, seasonings, parsley and additional artichokes.
  • 3 fold in the onion mixture and the cheese.
  • 4 baked in a greased pan at 325 for 30 minutes. when cool, cut into small squares.
