Artichoke Hors D'oeuvres

Ingredients

- 2 (6 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cracker crumb
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Recipe
- 1 drain 1 can artichokes and saute with onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- 2 beat the eggs with a fork. add the cracker crumbs, seasonings, parsley and additional artichokes.
- 3 fold in the onion mixture and the cheese.
- 4 baked in a greased pan at 325 for 30 minutes. when cool, cut into small squares.
