Ingredients
- 3 number 10 size cans ketchup
- 1 quart vinegar
- 1 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 bay leaves
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and use to marinate skirt steaks for 24 hours. the marinade is then scraped off the sauce and both sides of the steak are blotted dry with a paper towel before grilling.
