Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

- 5 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained rinsed and quartered
- 2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
- 1 cup olive oil
- fresh parsley, finely chopped
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 melt butter in 13x9 baking dish in oven.
- 3 remove from oven and combine breadcrumbs, garlic, cheese, parsley and pepper into butter; mix in artichokes.
- 4 drizzle olive oil all over top and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
