Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup regular mayonnaise or 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mix all ingredients.
  • 2 spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 3-cup shallow baking dish.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
