Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 14 ounces artichokes, cut up
  • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 4 1/2 ounces green chilies, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix all together and put into casserole dish.
  • 3 bake for 30 minutes.
