Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 drain artichoke hearts very well (or dip will be watery).
  • 2 cut artichokes into small pieces.
  • 3 mix all ingredients together in a baking dish.
  • 4 bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until top starts to brown slightly.
