Artichoke Heart Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 (12 ounce) cans artichokes, drained and cut in half
- 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (varies up to 1/2 c.)
- 1/2 cup italian cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup italian breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray 9x9 pan with cooking spray.
- 2 mix all ingredients together and if the mixture is too dry or crumbly increase the vegetable oil.
- 3 press into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes - or until golden brown.
