Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb whole fresh mushrooms, stems removed
Recipe
- 1 in small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. stir in next three ingredients. spoon into mushroom caps. broil mushrooms 4-6 " from heat of oven broiler for 4-6 minutes. serve hot.
